HEARTY HOG ROASTS

 

 

Hearty Hog Roasts was Established in 2016 by two food passionate brothers William & Thomas.

 

Thomas discovered a passion for baking at a young age, using his spare time to hone the challenging art of making artisan breads while taking every opportunity to cater for friends and family.

​

William on the other hand worked in a local butchers shop while he was at school learning valuable skills in both butchery and meat curing.

 

After he left school, William continued as a butcher for a further two years where he attained a level 3 butchers qualification in meat and poultry processing making him among the youngest qualified butchers in the Meat Trade.

​

With over five years experience in the meat trade he established Hearty Hog Roasts with his brother Thomas where they combined their culinary knowledge with traditional methods to provided the finest, free range hog roast available.

Known for setting the standards regarding cuisine, décor and service especially in the hog roast industry. Hearty Hog Roasts has developed a historical style of catering into a unrivalled art form. We offer a diverse selection of dishes to choose from all of which will leave you and your guests full and delightfully inspired.

 

Here at Hearty Hog Roasts we are passionate about our meat quality. We know that to achieve our high standards of cuisine exceptional animal welfare is a must. Where possible, we source our free range produce from traditional farmers that leave their livestock to roam free on a diet of acorns and windfall apples. These hardworking families have had generations of experience in rearing some of the finest meat available across some of the most idillic countryside in the United Kingdom and this is truly reflected in the quality and flavour of our hog roasts.

 

We even source our freshly baked, soft flowered baps from our local bakery and freshly prepare each side dish including our renowned thick stock gravy and sage & onion stuffing upon every event.
